Commercial gas stove are generally any industrial sized stoves capable of handling the entire cook load of a restaurant or commercial kitchen. They are heavy-duty stoves designed to give a much higher gas output, and provide hotter temperatures and quicker “heat up” times.  They are generally built stronger and designed to give years of service under heavy use.

Gas stoves, ovens and fryers are some of the most commonplace pieces of cooking equipment in any restaurant. They come in many variations and sizes; from stoves with basic functionality, to commercial ranges that provide multiple cooking functions within one unit. They can be designed to operate with either propane or natural gas.
